Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates to support customers during the car-buying journey. You will deliver vehicles to customers' doors and engage in community activities, with a focus on delivering happiness and great service.

Shift options run 7 days a week with rotating days from 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm. The role offers an hourly starting rate of $17 with growth opportunities up to $19 per hour, plus merit-based increases every 90 days.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Willing to work full-time with rotating weekend shifts.

Aufgaben

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain driving record and comply with Carvana's driver qualifications.
