Simple Staffing Inc. is hiring for a Customer Advocate on behalf of Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

We're seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join an exciting career at Carvana. Shift hours run 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm or 11am–9pm with rotating weekends. The position starts at $19 per hour with potential to reach $21, plus Merit opportunities every 90 days and a performance-based earnings program.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using our car haulers and receive training.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with CMV Driver Qualification policy.
