Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

Shift options range 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm with seven-day availability and rotating days off. Starting pay is $18/hr with opportunities to progress to $20/hr and a merit-based Careers Not Jobs program with regular $0.50 increases.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to meet state-specific DMV/licensing requirements where applicable.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using haulers; no commercial license required with training.
• Load/unload vehicles safely and inspect the hauler for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and record notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per company policy.
