Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates to support customers and represent the brand in a fast-paced, hands-on role. You’ll participate in vehicle delivery, loading, and customer paperwork while delivering exceptional service.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, strong English skills, and be prepared to obtain state-specific licenses/notary within 90 days. Competitive hourly pay with growth opportunities and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Notary within 90 days of employment or as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors via Carvana-hauler system.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
