Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Plano, TX seeks a Service Advisor to inspect vehicles, assess damage, and prepare repair estimates. You will explain repair options to customers, discuss timelines, and coordinate with insurers to obtain repair authorization.

A focus on accuracy and clear communication is essential. Responsibilities include documenting vehicle condition, guiding customers through the repair process, performing QC checks, and ensuring timely handoff of the repaired vehicle while maintaining safety

Responsibilities

• Examine damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Prepare estimates to repair vehicle.
• Explain repair process to customers.
• Communicate with customers insurance related to damages and obtain repair authorization.
• Complete vehicle check-in with customer.
• Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and any updates with the customer.
• Handle total loss process.
• Perform final Quality Control inspection.
• Upon completion of repair work, deliver vehicle to customer.
• Comply with all TCC's safety standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
