Job summary

Ambassador AutoPlex is hiring an experienced Collision Estimator / Service Advisor for our Houston collision repair operation. You will manage the repair process from initial customer contact through delivery, while staying in close contact with customers, insurers, technicians, and shop management.

Responsibilities include writing estimates and supplements, inspecting damage, coordinating with insurance and DRP partners, reviewing OEM procedures, and maintaining thorough repair files.

Qualifications

• Experience writing collision repair estimates and supplements.
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures, parts and labor operations.
• Experience with insurance claims and supplements.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate collision repair estimates and supplements.
• Inspect vehicle damage and identify required repair procedures.
• Work with insurance adjusters and DRP partners.
• Review OEM repair procedures and documentation.
• Maintain complete and accurate repair files.
• Communicate repair status with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts and production staff.
• Monitor repairs throughout the production process.
• Identify and document supplements promptly.
• Maintain strong closing ratios and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure completed repairs are properly documented before delivery.
• Help achieve store sales, cycle‑time and gross‑profit objectives.
