Job summary

CarMax in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Vehicle Condition Assessor to accurately assess and document vehicle conditions for appraisals, supporting inventory decisions and customer experiences.

You will work with Buyers, perform high-quality vehicle imaging, ensure correct optioning, and help with lot merchandising while adhering to EH&S standards and flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate vehicle assessments for appraisal analysis.
• Document cosmetic and mechanical conditions and update inventory.
• Image wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support auctions.
• Complete vehicle security checks and verify appraisal details.
• Assist with inventory management and lot merchandising.
• Collaborate with team and onboard new associates.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
