Job summary

Wheels, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Compliance Services Specialist I to manage transactional processes within the Compliance services team, including new vehicle paperwork, registrations, and MSO handling.

You will build relationships with DMVs and trusted vendors, and operate across internal systems to ensure fleet vehicles are properly licensed and registered. This role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and ability to work across multiple internal groups, with flexibility to

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or coursework in business, legal studies, paralegal studies, operations, or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience in fleet operations, vehicle registration, title processing, or compliance may be considered.

Responsibilities

Print title, registration and tax documents based on owner and state instructions.
Assemble files and complete proper assignments on MSOs.
Resolve state, county, and tax questions through research.
Create, update and adjust print positions on forms.
Order duplicate MSOs and follow up until received.
Manage Salesforce cases related to status of papers and MSOs.
