Job summary

Wheels is seeking a Senior Compliance Response Specialist to support clients and drivers by researching, resolving issues, and providing timely information. This role focuses on escalated client concerns and training for jurisdictional changes.

Based in Illinois, you will work full-time Monday through Friday and coordinate with licensing agents, dealerships, and internal teams to ensure accurate registration and title processing while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 2 years' experience in the fleet industry and/or automotive.
• 2 years' office/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to requests regarding new vehicle paperwork, title/registration, violations, and toll management
• Anticipate customer impact and provide information to improve user experience
• Resolve issues by coordinating with licensing agents, dealerships, and internal teams
• Develop knowledge of jurisdictional laws and registration requirements
• Support clients with registration requests and queries
• Assist escalated issues and guide next steps
• Train new employees on registration management
• Support other compliance teams during peak volume with offline tasks
