Responsibilities

• Respond to email, phone, and in-person requests about vehicle paperwork, title/registration, violations, and toll management.
• Anticipate customer impact and provide guidance to ensure the best user experience.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources (clients/drivers, licensing agents, dealerships) to resolve issues.
• Develop knowledge of jurisdictional laws for title and registration.
• Support clients with registrations and queries.
• Assist team on escalated issues with next steps and follow-up.
• Serve as a training resource for registration processes and jurisdictional updates.
• Manage requests via phone and Salesforce.
• Train new staff on registration management to resolve client concerns.
• Support compliance during peak seasons with offline tasks such as mailing, fee entry, and registrations.
