Job summary

Proximo Holdings Limited is seeking a Claims Advisor in Chester to manage high volumes of customer calls and liaise with insurers, repairers, and clients. The role focuses on efficient repairs, accurate case updates, and proactive customer support in a busy environment.

In this position, you will navigate a fast-paced workflow, build relationships with motor industry partners, and help ensure service levels are met while delivering a high standard of care to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience handling a high volume of calls and enquiries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of motor/vehicle industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fleet providers, clients and repairers to ensure timely repairs.
• Research and select suitable repairers from CVS' network based on customer needs.
• Update and maintain the case management system with accurate progress reports.
• Liaise with insurers and engineers to resolve liability queries and support cost recovery.
• Deliver high-quality service through clear communication and problem solving.
• Handle a high volume of enquiries while meeting service level agreements.
