Teleperformance Manchester seeks a Customer Service & Claims Advisor to handle inbound calls from customers wishing to make mobile phone insurance claims. You will guide customers through the claim process, answer questions, and support with updates or cancellations as needed.

You will start by signing into your systems, talk to a variety of customers, and maintain a positive experience on every call; a great attitude, reliability, and computer skills are essential in our busy, people-focused

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound calls for insurance/claims.
• Ability to explain the claim process clearly and guide customers.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent with computer systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers wishing to make an insurance claim.
• Support customers through the process, assist with new claims, updates, and inquiries; may cancel policies if required.
• Follow scripted questions on the PC to guide customers through options step by step.
