Job summary

Cox Enterprises in Clarksville, IN is seeking an on-site Vehicle Data Entry Associate to accurately enter vehicle data into Secure/AS400 with a handheld device. You will affix stock stickers, route vehicles, and ensure proper check-in procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 3 years related experience, OR higher education with 1 year related experience, OR 5 years related experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

Input accurate vehicle information into Secure / AS400 using handheld device (VIN, stock no, dealer ID, make, model, year, mileage, color, options).
Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles; flag “no key” cars.
Direct transporters to proper car drop zone and report damage.
Capture and upload photos for electronic condition reports (ECR).
Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) site and re-image substandard photos as needed.
Follow SOPs for Vehicle Photo Booth if location is equipped.
Support safety initiatives and report safety concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
