Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an on-site Vehicle Intake Associate in Clarksville, IN. You will accurately input vehicle data into Secure/AS400 using a handheld device and affix necessary identifiers to each unit. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.

You'll also photograph vehicles, manage labels, direct transporters, and assist with check-in operations. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; alternative degrees or certifications acceptable with related experience.
• Valid driver license is required and able to drive standard or automatic transmission vehicles.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data into systems.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into Secure/AS400 using handheld devices.
• Affix barcode/stock number stickers on each vehicle.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels; flag 'no key' cars.
• Direct transporters to the correct drop zones and report damages.
• Capture electronic images and upload photos for condition reports.
• Maintain safety compliance and perform tasks as assigned.
