Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to input vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld TC-75 device. Responsibilities include recording VIN, stock number, dealer ID, and vehicle details, affixing labels, and routing documents upon arrival.

Additional duties include flagging 'no key' vehicles, directing transporters to drop zones, inspecting for damage, and ensuring proper windshield codes for sales identification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Safe driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into AS400 using TC-75, including VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make, model, year, mileage, color, options.
• Affix barcode/stock stickers to vehicles on arrival; apply work order numbers and routing labels.
• Identify 'no key' vehicles and direct transporters to drop zones.
• Inspect and report transport damage; provide sale identification windshield codes.
