Job summary

Madera Toyota is looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and intake of vehicles for dealership operations. In this role, you will work closely with sales, finance, and inventory teams to ensure acquisitions meet company standards and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in vehicle acquisition, negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle sourcing, appraisal, or acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to initiate conversations with prospects.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full acquisition lifecycle from outreach to purchase.
• Identify and engage potential customers selling or trading vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals to determine fair market value.
