Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

Base Hourly Pay + Commission | Earn Up to $15,000/Month

You’re not selling cars. You’re buying them.

Dublin Nissan-Infiniti is looking for motivated, competitive people to join our team as Vehicle Acquisition Specialists. This is not a traditional automotive sales position. Your job is to find vehicles being offered for sale by private owners, contact those sellers, and give them an easy way to sell their vehicle directly to our dealership.

No Traditional Cold Calling

You won’t be calling random people trying to sell them something. You’ll be contacting people who have already listed their vehicle for sale on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. They already want to sell—the opportunity is to show them why selling directly to Dublin Nissan-Infiniti can be faster, easier, and more convenient.

How You Get Paid

This position pays a base hourly wage of $16.90 per hour plus commission for every vehicle purchased. Your income grows with your production. Top buyers can purchase 40–50 vehicles per month and have the opportunity to earn up to $15,000 per month.

What You’ll Do

• Search Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other online sources for vehicles offered by private-party sellers.
• Contact sellers by phone, text, and online messaging.
• Identify vehicles that fit our dealership’s inventory needs.
• Build rapport and explain the advantages of selling directly to our dealership.
• Set appointments for sellers to bring their vehicles in for appraisal.
• Follow up consistently with potential sellers.
• Work with management to negotiate and complete vehicle purchases.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of vehicle opportunities.
• Work toward aggressive daily and monthly acquisition goals.

Who We’re Looking For

Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required. We can teach the automotive side to the right person. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly motivated by money and performance.
• Competitive, persistent, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable talking with people on the phone.
• Professional and able to build rapport quickly.
• Organized enough to manage a large pipeline of opportunities.
• Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, texting, and online tools.
• Willing to make a high volume of contacts and follow-ups every day.
• Someone who would rather create opportunities than wait for them.
