Dublin Nissan-Infiniti is seeking a motivated Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Dublin, California. This is not a traditional automotive sales role; you’ll find vehicles being offered by private owners, contact sellers, and present an easy path to sell their vehicle directly to our dealership.

Base pay is $16.90 per hour plus commissions, with earnings potential up to $15,000 per month. You’ll search Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist and other sources, build a pipeline, set appointments, and work

Qualifications

Automotive experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
Strong motivation by money and performance, with high activity levels.
Comfortable talking with people on the phone and building rapport.
Organized with the ability to manage a large sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Search Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other sources for private-party vehicles.
Contact sellers by phone, text, and online messaging.
Identify vehicles that fit our inventory needs and set appointments for appraisal.
Explain advantages of selling directly to Dublin Nissan-Infiniti.
Negotiate with sellers to complete vehicle purchases and manage pipeline.
Work toward aggressive daily and monthly acquisition goals.
