AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Columbia, SC to grow dealership inventory by purchasing customer vehicles. You will engage private sellers, schedule appraisals, and guide customers through the We'll Buy Your Car process with a transparent, no-haggle experience.

You’ll work with flexible hours, earn hourly pay plus a bonus for each vehicle purchased, and benefit from AutoNation’s supportive team, 401k matching, and comprehensive health plans.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Extremely self-motivated.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Demonstrated communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Sound judgement in making offers on vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to incoming leads via AutoNation and third‑party sites by phone, internet and walk‑in traffic.
• Identifies and engages private parties looking to sell their vehicle.
• Sets up appointments for dealership visits and appraisals.
• Executes the AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car Same‑Day Payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers in person and over the phone throughout the day.
• Refer customers who prefer to trade‑in to the sales team.
