Responsibilities

• Answer incoming leads via phone, web, and in-person visits.
• Identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicle.
• Schedule appointments for dealership visits and appraisals.
• Administer the We’ll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Review vehicle condition reports and inspect vehicles onsite.
• Interact with customers throughout the day, in person and by phone.
• Refer customers preferring trade-ins to the sales team.
