Job summary

LA28 is hiring a Senior Associate, Vehicle Access and Parking Permits in Los Angeles. You will support the VAPP Office by allocating and distributing permits to internal and external stakeholders, while keeping data accurate and requests moving.

In the run-up to the Games, you will help establish processes and training, then lead a shift during Games time, providing on-site operational support in Downtown LA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transportation, logistics, or operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data tracking and reporting using Excel.
• Experience supporting events or large-scale operations.
• Ability to work on-site in LA with flexible hours.
• Proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand vehicle access and permit needs.
• Assist with allocation and distribution of permits across groups.
• Track permit requests and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Develop and deliver presentations and training on VAPP policies.
• Lead a shift providing live support during Games time.
