Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Veeva Vault Analyst for a 12+ month contract role based in Boston, MA, with the option for remote work.

The candidate will have hands-on experience in Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) environments and will customize Vault applications to meet business needs. Responsibilities include configuring Vault, managing roles and reporting rules, creating dashboards, and providing L1–L3 production support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva CTMS and Veeva Vault applications.
• Experience with Veeva Vault eTMF.
• Production support for Veeva Vault environments.

• Configure custom document types, objects, lifecycles, workflows, and jobs within Veeva Vault.
• Manage user roles, picklists, distribution rules, and reporting rules.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Provide L1–L3 production support for Veeva Vault applications.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management within ServiceNow and ensure SLA compliance.
• Perform workflow troubleshooting and user access administration.
• Execute environment cloning and permission set configurations across Vault apps.

Job description

This is a 12+ month contract role based in Boston, Massachusetts, available as a remote position. We are seeking a Veeva Vault Analyst with hands‑on experience in Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) environments.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Veeva Vault applications (Veeva CTMS, Veeva eTMF, Veeva Safety, Veeva SafetyDocs) to meet business requirements
• Configure custom document types, objects, lifecycles, workflows, and jobs within Veeva Vault
• Manage user roles, picklists, distribution rules, and reporting rules
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Administer Vault Loader, MedDRA, and WHO dictionary upgrades
• Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support for Veeva Vault applications
• Handle incident, problem, and change management in ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance
• Perform workflow troubleshooting and user access administration
• Execute environment cloning and permission set configurations across Veeva Vault applications
