Job summary

Omeros Corporation is seeking a Veeva Administrator & PRC/MRC Coordinator to join the Marketing team in Seattle. You will manage Veeva Vault, maintain user access, and oversee PRC/MRC coordination to ensure compliant promotional materials.

You will train users, support reviewers and agencies, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams. A strong background in biotech/pharma and FDA promotional guidelines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in biotech/pharma or healthcare preferred.
• Experience with Veeva Vault strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting PRC/MRC review processes preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA promotional requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day administrator for Veeva Vault and operational resource for the organization.
• Coordinate PRC/MRC meetings, agendas, and materials; track decisions and action items.
• Support material owners, reviewers, agencies and users with workflows and troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new users and designated delegates; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain reference records and ensure compliance with review processes.
