Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related field
• Experience managing MLR review and approval processes preferred
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR workflow
• Coordinate MLR reviews with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Marketing and Sales
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Maintain version control and supporting documentation for marketing materials
• Coordinate production, printing, and distribution of approved materials
