You will manage day-to-day PRC activities, oversee Veeva Vault workflows, and ensure smooth collaboration across various departments. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and over 7 years of experience in biopharmaceutical marketing, specifically with PRC operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in biopharmaceutical marketing or commercial operations.
• Direct experience with Veeva Vault and PromoMats is required.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PRC operations, including meeting facilitation and process reinforcement.
• Manage workflows related to Veeva Vault / PromoMats including submissions.
• Support regulatory submissions for promotional materials.
