Job summary

Orca Bio is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the United States to support commercial marketing campaigns and conference activities. You will coordinate agencies and purchase orders, track budgets, and maintain the marketing calendar and digital asset library for approved materials.

The role includes supporting MLR processes, scheduling weekly PRC/MRC meetings, and managing Veeva PromoMats routing, metadata, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years marketing coordination in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats or similar MLR system required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage conference logistics and campaign workflows for commercial marketing.
• Coordinate agencies, POs, and budget tracking for marketing operations.
• Maintain marketing calendar and digital asset library for approved materials.
• Schedule weekly PRC/MRC meetings and record reviewer feedback.
