Job summary

Acadia seeks a leader to manage and strategically develop our Veeva-based commercial and medical platforms, including Vault CRM, MedComms, and PromoMats. The role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and oversee platform lifecycle.

You will guide enhancements, integrations, and environment management while ensuring compliance within a regulated GxP setting. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field required.
• 7+ years of Veeva platform administration experience in pharma/biotech.
• Veeva certifications preferred; strong knowledge of regulated GxP settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technology partner translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee platform lifecycle, enhancements, integrations and environment management.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance within a GxP environment.
• Document processes and maintain system governance.
