Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Align product within the Vault CRM Suite. You will lead global projects, perform business process due diligence, design, and document end-user requirements for life sciences clients, including pharma and medical devices organizations.

You will mentor teams, develop SMEs on Veeva solutions, and drive best practices while delivering excellent client outcomes. This role offers flexible work location in a Work Anywhere culture and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting with Life Sciences or Pharma sales planning.
• Hands-on data management and process analysis, proficient with Excel; SQL or Access for larger data sets.
• Able to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process due diligence, design, and documentation of end-user requirements.
• Coordinate and mentor project teams and stakeholders across global projects.
• Develop SME knowledge of Life Sciences and Veeva solutions; deliver end-to-end implementations.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive best practices and accelerators.
