Job summary
Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced life sciences consultant to join our remote, full-time implementation team. You will partner with customers to maximize the value of Veeva's Commercial Content applications (PromoMats, MedComms, MedInquiry) and drive successful deployments across multiple channels.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of consulting or equivalent experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions for
Qualifications
- 4+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience.
- Life Sciences, Healthcare, or content management industry experience.
- Proven track record meeting with senior management as a subject matter expert.
- Strong presentation and solution design skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Experience working with life sciences customers.
- Experience configuring/implementing Veeva Commercial Content applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with clients and map to solutions.
- Articulate complex concepts to audiences at varying levels of understanding.
- Develop expertise in Veeva Vault platform.
- Plan, manage, and execute build, test, and deploy activities.
- Identify interdependencies across program work streams.
- Create project deliverables and process standards.
- Plan after-go-live activities and ongoing support.
