Job Title: VDI Engineer

Location: Chantilly, VA

Job Description

• Design and define system architecture for new or existing computer systems utilizing both on-premises and cloud-based hosting technologies
• Analyze requirements and system architectures to develop system requirements specifications and resulting design plans
• Administer, operate, manage and maintain components for on-premises and cloud-based virtualized systems
• Review completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and make recommendations to management and/or clients
• Provide Tier 3 support for O&M and engineer activities
• Oversee and participate in upgrades of Citrix applications
• Work across teams to aid in implementing several methods for virtual application delivery to include AppV, AppVolumes, XenApp, SCCM
• Continuous troubleshooting of network and security issues that affect the VDI user experience
• Aid in the effort to upgrade all AppVolumes Server infrastructure to the latest version while maintaining availability
