Job summary

IREN is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate VDC to establish and lead the VDC function across its data center portfolio. You will define the digital delivery framework, standards, and governance to ensure constructible, model-first delivery across projects.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement, and operations, and drive 4D/5D workflows while mentoring a growing VDC group.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in VDC/BIM management or digital construction delivery.
• 3+ years leading VDC programs or teams, data center experience preferred.
• Expert with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC and coordinating large models.
• Proven track record establishing corporate BIM/VDC standards and plans.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems for coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or related.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; willing to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and own IREN's enterprise VDC roadmap and standards.
• Govern design partners and contractors; embed VDC in contracts and RFPs.
• Standardize model data transitions across project life cycle.
• Support project teams with templates, clash resolution, and cadences.
• Advise on 4D/5D integration to improve estimating and schedules.
• Support prefabrication/modular construction with fabrication-level models.
• Lead the VDC technology stack and manage licensing and vendors.
• Mentor and develop the corporate VDC team and internal capabilities.
• Establish KPIs and report schedule/cost impacts to executives.
