Job summary

Keel Infrastructure, a data center and digital infra company, is hiring a Senior Manager, BIM/VDC to lead standards, workflows, and coordination across data center projects. You will define BEP templates, LODs, and modeling specs, while guiding EORs, GCs, and trade partners to ensure fully coordinated, constructible models from design to turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive BIM/VDC experience.
• Experience leading BIM/VDC coordination on hyperscale or large data-center projects.
• Technical owner or discipline lead for BIM/VDC on large capital projects.
• Experience mentoring BIM staff and external teams.
• Strong knowledge of LOD frameworks and BEP.
• Familiarity with DCIM and digital twin platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to executives.
• Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM/VDC leadership across all project phases.
• Review BIM Execution Plans and federated models from EORs and contractors.
• Oversee federated models, clash reports, and logs as living design docs.
• Lead BIM-driven value engineering, constructability and schedule impact.
• Support RFPs, bid evaluation, and subcontractor BIM capabilities.
• Oversee BIM admin during construction and turnover docs.
