You will partner with project and business unit leaders to embed VDC strategies into project execution.

The role emphasizes talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to advance DPR’s digital construction capabilities and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or digital construction.
• 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Certifications and licenses: none required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops VDC professionals to deliver modeling, coordination, and planning services.
• Oversees project-specific VDC strategy and ensures delivery quality and standards.
• Partners with project managers, design teams, and field operations to optimize constructability and safety.
• Reviews resource planning, performance metrics, and deliverables for alignment with goals.
• Guides teams in mitigating risks related to coordination and data integration.
• Promotes standardized VDC tools, templates, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Coaches and mentors VDC Engineers and Senior VDC Engineers.
