Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with a strong foundation in construction technology.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM field operations and engineering processes across projects of varying scopes.
• Advise on VDC objectives to align with Turner Digital Build standards.
• Plan BIM tools and processes with VDC leadership and allocate resources accordingly.
• Develop and refine BIM implementation plans in line with contract requirements.
• Provide quality control of quantity variance reports for estimating and change management.
• Mentor and lead VDC team through project planning and launches.
• Communicate changes to BIM coordination impacting construction schedule to the scheduling team.
• Track and review VDC change orders with project team.
