Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Senior Engineer to join our growing team. You will be a key member of project teams, supporting design analysis, pre-construction, construction, and handover with Clayco’s Digital Practice Technology.

This role emphasizes BIM coordination, 4D/5D analysis, and collaboration across design and field teams. Facing travel to project sites nationwide, you will coach teams on BIM best practices, manage model changes, and ensure accurate quantity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 4+ years in AEC, with emphasis on MEP coordination.
• Minimum 2 years of VDC/BIM related processes.
• Solid knowledge of construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 3D content and assist in 4D/5D analyses with scheduling and estimating teams.
• Provide liaison with design teams and subcontractors on BIM-centric activities.
• Support and implement Clayco's Digital Practice Technology for design analysis and handover.
• Model content not provided and manage design changes through updates.
