Job summary

BOWA Construction is seeking a VDC Project Engineer to advance BIM/VDC processes on large Texas projects. You will coordinate models, drawings, and workflows with PMs, field ops, design teams, and trade partners to improve constructability and delivery.

Applicants should have a BIM-focused background with Revit/Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360 experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills for fast-paced construction environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in a VDC/BIM role within AEC industry.
• Strong BIM standards, IFC/LOD, clash detection, model coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM/VDC processes across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate model elements and drawings per standards.
• Lead clash detection and coordination meetings.
• Provide training and support on BIM systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams, design consultants, and trade partners.
