Responsibilities

• Lead VDC implementation on assigned projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage and mentor VDC Engineers and Coordinators, supporting professional growth.
• Oversee clash detection workflows and issue tracking.
• Support construction sequencing and ensure modeling outputs are field-ready.
