  • Support onboarding and training of new VDC staff in company standards and workflows.
Construction Planning & Field Integration
  • Support construction sequencing, site logistics, and phasing using 3D/4D models.
  • Ensure modeling outputs are practical, field‑ready, and aligned with superintendent needs.
  • Collaborate with Field Solutions Engineers and layout teams on model‑based layout and field deployment.

  • Evaluate VDC tools and processes for efficiency and scalability in collaboration with leadership.
  • Ensure consistent data quality, version control, and model governance.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary VDC point of contact for project teams and external partners.
  • Translate complex model data into clear visuals, narratives, and recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Support pursuits, client meetings, and executive presentations with VDC visuals and insights when required.
