Job summary

McGough Construction seeks a VDC Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of Virtual Design and Construction on our high-profile projects. You will implement BIM and VDC tasks per the BEP, maintain VDC content and standards, and assist with marketing and estimating activities as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in AEC and have at least 2 years of BIM/VDC experience at the project level, with familiarity in Revizto, laser scanning, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of BIM execution and supporting VDC planning and implementation at project level.
• Experience with Revizto and laser scanning is preferred.
• Proficiency with 4D/5D phasing and animation tools (Fuzor, Synchro Pro) is desirable.
• Comfort with Dynamo or Python and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of VDC activities across assigned projects.
• Implement BIM and VDC tasks as defined in the BIM Execution Plan.
• Maintain VDC content and standards across projects.
• Contribute to marketing and estimating efforts as assigned.
• Collaborate with project teams in office and on construction sites.
