Job summary

Ideal candidate has a BS in engineering/construction, 7+ years in the industry, and proficiency with Revizto, Revit, Civil 3D, and SketchUp. Travel to regional projects is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience; minimum 3 years dedicated to VDC desired.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams; strong organizational and deadline discipline.
• Knowledge of building construction sequencing and project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of virtual building among stakeholders.
• Manage VDC planning and execution across projects, units or offices.
• Communicate value proposition and standard of care for VDC capabilities.
• Develop VDC team succession and integration with key departments.
• Lead VDC processes, training, technologies and regional initiatives.
• Maintain VDC lessons learned, metrics, and leadership voice.
