Job summary

Swinerton Energy, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Design & Construction Manager to oversee the modeling process ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. The candidate will manage and train a team while collaborating with local IT and VDC staff.

The role requires two to three years of relevant experience, an architectural or engineering degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Two to three years experience in architecture, engineering, mechanical systems, and/or construction in a management or supervisory role.
• Preferred experience with Datacenters.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Virtual design and construction modeling process.
• Lead clash detection and RFI resolution with project teams.
• Develop training material and conduct BIM training.
