Ethos is seeking experienced venture capital analysts to help train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. Candidates should have 3+ years in a venture or growth fund and be able to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across deal memos, market maps, LP materials, and IC decks.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week, or more) and compensation at $100/hour, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in venture capital or growth equity investing.
• Experience producing memos, market maps, LP materials, and decks.
• Expert PowerPoint craftsmanship and writing.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (deal memos, IC decks, market maps, LP updates, founder materials).
