Job summary

Ethos is recruiting heads of ventures to help train a large language model on professional presentation tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated slides across core workflows such as deal memos, IC decks, market maps, LP materials, portfolio reviews, and founder-facing materials.

Fully remote with a flexible schedule and a commitment of 5–20 hours per week; start ASAP. Compensation is $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an investing role at a venture capital or growth equity fund
• Experience producing IC memos, market maps, and LP materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Cover deal memos, IC decks, market maps, LP materials, portfolio reviews and founder-facing materials.
