Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced venture capital analysts to help train their AI language model by curating and refining professional presentations and slide decks.

You will create and critique deal memos, IC decks, market maps, LP updates, and founder materials on a flexible remote schedule, roughly 5–20 hours per week. This role requires 3+ years in VC, expert-level PowerPoint, and sharp written communication, with remote work across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an investing role at a venture capital or growth fund.
• Experience producing IC memos, market maps, and LP materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Prepare deal memos and IC decks, market map exhibits, portfolio reviews, LP update decks, and founder materials.
