Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit associates and VPs with 3+ years in private equity deal-making to train an advanced language model on professional presentations and slide decks.

The remote, flexible engagement pays $100/hour for 5-20 hours per week, with start ASAP. You will create, evaluate, and refine IC memos, decks, portfolio reporting materials, and other investor materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for IC memos and decks.
• Prepare LBO model output pages and portfolio review decks.
• Develop 100-day plan decks, LP reporting materials, and exit preparation decks.
• Ensure slide craftsmanship and clear investment storytelling.
