Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Support Supervisor to join our Vault Operations team at the New Castle, DE facility. You'll lead on-site staff across Inventory Control, Photography, Title Editing, and Operational Support, ensuring safety, accuracy, and high service levels.

The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm, with an onsite requirement five days a week. You have 5+ years in a supervisory role in operations, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication, project management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and develop Vault support teams, leading on-site staff to drive performance.
• Oversee Inventory Control, monitoring levels, capacity, and accuracy.
• Support Operations on daily workflows through Supply Chain to meet volume and SLA goals.
• Identify root causes related to shrink and variances.
• Collaborate with leadership on updates, KPIs, and business results.
• Lead training programs and onboarding to improve processes and efficiency.
• Manage safety, staffing, and performance of hourly employees across teams.
• Monitor productivity and assign tasks; drive KPIs and outcomes.
