Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Vault Processing Lead for our PSA Vault Operations in New Castle, DE. This hands-on leadership role requires running shifts in the absence of supervisors, mentoring teammates, and ensuring meticulous processing of inventory with strict accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and research ability.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily vault processing operations and act as SME.
• Run shifts in the absence of supervisors and mentor staff.
• Monitor shift metrics: throughput, items shipped, work remaining.
• Conduct item research and communicate with Client Partners.
• Perform inventory audits and quality checks for accuracy.
