Collectors Holdings, Inc. seeks a Supervisor for Vault Support in New Castle, DE. This on-site role oversees Vault teams, drives inventory control, and ensures SLA adherence across operations. The supervisor will lead training, safety, and process improvements to boost throughput.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role in an operations environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and develop Vault support teams onsite.
• Lead Inventory Control, monitor inventory levels, capacity, and accuracy.
• Support daily workflows in Operations to meet volume and SLA goals.
• Identify root causes of shrink/inventory variances.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders on updates, KPIs, and results.
• Improve processes with business partners for productivity and accuracy.
• Lead training programs, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage safety, staffing, training, and performance of hourly staff.
• Monitor productivity, assign tasks, and ensure KPI targets.
