Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Vault Processing Lead for our New Castle, DE facility to guide daily vault operations, mentor teammates, and ensure accuracy in processing graded and ungraded items. This on-site role requires shift leadership and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Vault Operations Supervisor, supervise Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts, and uphold our high standards for care and proper handling of valuable merchandise.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing.
• Able to lead shifts and mentor team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in warehouse or vault operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent education background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Catalog incoming inventory with meticulous attention to detail and identify graded vs ungraded items.
• Lead shifts when supervisors are absent and mentor team members.
• Monitor shift metrics and report throughput, shipping, and remaining work.
• Research items and communicate with Client Partners about services and condition assessments.
• Oversee inventory audits, quality checks, and location accuracy for items.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safe operation of equipment in the vault.
