Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Support Supervisor to join the Vault operations team in New Castle, DE. You will supervise inventory control, photography, title editing, and operational support, guiding on-site and remote staff to sustain performance.

You will own safety, quality, productivity, and KPI delivery while partnering with senior leaders to improve workflows and drive accuracy. This is an onsite role, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a managerial role in an operations environment.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Vault support teams onsite, leading on-site and remote staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, capacity, and accuracy.
• Support daily workflows through Supply Chain to meet volume and SLA goals.
• Identify root causes of shrink and inventory variances.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on KPIs, reporting, and business updates.
• Improve workstreams to boost productivity and accuracy.
• Lead training programs and onboarding to drive best practices.
• Oversee project management for Operations and related departments.
• Manage safety, staffing, training, and performance of hourly employees.
• Schedule tasks and monitor staff productivity to meet KPIs.
• Champion safety, attendance, and security policies.
